1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid Stairs Calculator Pro subscriptions purchased on stairscalculator.net. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we handle refund requests fairly and promptly.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds requested within this period are granted without hassle. This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan.
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will review your request in good faith.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@stairscalculator.net with the email address used for the purchase and your order or receipt number. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our authorized payment processor and reseller of record. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
7. Free Tools
The core stair calculators on stairscalculator.net are free to use and do not require payment. This policy applies only to optional paid Pro subscriptions.
